Scott Gordon is the founder & President of GGP. a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the development, leasing and management of specialized retail, entertainment and residential projects. Mr. Gordon has overseen multiple development disciplines in the creation of more than 4 million square feet across the country.
GGP's franchise division, Gordon Retail Concepts, LLC also served as a multi-unit licensee for Starbucks Coffee with eight locations in New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts. He was one of less than 30 independent licensees in the United States, operating highly successful store outlets in casinos and mass transit hubs from 2001 to 2017.
In residential development , GGP focuses on transit-oriented/workforce housing mixed-use projects, as well as Sweetwater Mesa Ranch in Malibu, CA, a 160-acre luxury subdivision which included four individual 40-acre home sites. GGP oversaw project entitlements as well as infrastructure & Construction improvements. This highly complex residential development took 12 years to complete and was successfully closed in 2018, with all properties sold.
